Mission Statement:
Our mission is to support the Heritage Dance Foundation, and promote ballroom dance through quality volunteer projects. As a community based organization, the Top Hatter Dancers perform ballroom dance showcases at assisted living or retirement centers, participate as Friends of the Starlight Dance Band, and support the newly restored Paramount Theater in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Great community stewardship begins with giving back to the community.
