 On Saturday night, August 18, 2007, The Heritage Dance Foundation, Inc., a non profit dance foundation located in Goldsboro, will present a dance benefit for the rebuilding of the Paramount Theatre at Wayne Community College. Working in conjunction with all the dance studios of Wayne County, “Remember the Paramount” will be a retrospective of the memory of the Paramount during the past 100 years as well as a celebration of the rebirth of the new Paramount Theatre, expressed through the medium of dance.

All proceeds from this dance benefit, “Remember the Paramount”, will be given to The Paramount Theatre Foundation, Inc., a non profit foundation under the leadership of Mr. David Weil for the purpose of obtaining the finances needed for this reconstruction effort.
