Dr. Charles and Melissa  Zwerling are the owners of Top Hat Ballroom Studio. Charles is a current competitive professional, and pro-am teacher.. Dr. Zwerling is certified instructor in all styles of ballroom as a licentiate member of the North American Dance Teacher Association. He is also co-editor of DanceWeek.; delegate NDCA Board of Governors.

 

Norman and Ella Mae Hooker are the social dance instruction and group class coordinators. Ella Hooker is the Managing Editor of DanceWeek, a national biweekly publication for ballroom dancing. Norman Hooker is the current President of the Raleigh Chapter of USABDA. Both Norman and Ella received their training and competion experience from Arthur Murray Studios in Ohio.
